Review: P.R.A.Y. Pals

Jonathan and Christy Hooper are Cleveland-based parents of three young daughters. They’ve written a book designed to help equip little ones when it comes to approaching the throne of God in prayer.

The Pray Pals idea came from a praying grandmother herself: Jonathan Hooper’s mother!

When he was just 10 years old, Grandma Hooper created drawings of her Pray Pals for Jonathan and his two brothers. She even turned them into all sorts of arts and crafts over several years.

Why we love it: P.R.A.Y. Pals offers a fun, clear framework for prayer based on the Lord’s Prayer. It breaks it down in a way children can understand. The illustrations are high quality and tons of fun to look at. This book would make a great YouTube series!
